Default Tires!?

I need to find a place that sells them for a REALISTIC price. For some reason even 35" has jumped well over $250.

I'm lookin for 35x12.5x17, All or Mud terrain is considered at this point.

4wheel parts appears to have multiple companies under its name now, so many searched sites bring up the exact same products and prices. They piss me off royal now though since my father bought 37x12.5x17 BFG KM2's for $200 and now they're $360.

Inflation mixed with a semi odd size.

I do have a set of 16.5 wheels, but even then finding BFG AT's for example were over $215. I mean, whats no longer "odd" size for a 3/4 or 1 ton truck?

Inflation, pfft, gouging.

Maybe odd was a bad word. That's just tire prices right now. I mean, I can get a set of Nitto Terra grapplers, 325/60/18 for around $900 or Nitto Trail grapplers for over $1200 for the same size.

It's a big ass tire.

This sucks, they're hosing everyone. I got my 315/75/16's a few years ago for $156 pc on sale. essentially the same size just smaller wheel (more rubber!)

Just in case I haven't made it clear, tire prices SUCK right now. I'm on 10+ year old tires right now, they're rotten

You really need some new ones my friend. And that's just how it is, prices inflate, just like gas and the cost of milk.

If you're not really into name brand, Pep boys had some pretty agressive tires the other day when I was there. Definity MTs. Check em out. Now sure of prices though.

Thank Obama... When I was buying tires every tire shop told me Obama put some kind of new tax on them from the mfg's and they have to charge more per tire to recoop the cost of the inflated tax....
