Thank you for allowing us to join such an awesome group. Me and my son hope to learn much. We have a 90 Bronco XLT 4x4 a father son project. Got a long block and rebuilt motor, rebuilt trans E4OD, all smog is deleted. New MAP, TPS, IAC, temp coolant, rear ABS, O2. We've installed shorty headers, block off plate on intake as well as plugged the back of both heads. Truck is running pretty good but still high idle. Did smoke test and replaced PCV, still high idle. Connected EGR valve to connector and disconnected TAB and TAD vac lines. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. My son is 15 and will driving this to HS. I had the twin to it back in 97. Thanks, TCBronc90

Central Florida welcomes you to the club. I wonder if your new TPS is reading accurately?
