The brackets were made by Farmboy Fabrications... they are pretty much a direct weld on, only require alittle trimming

I almost crapped my pants when I seen the price for the complete swap kid. I remember being about $500 for the main gig, and the draglink so I almost panicked lol
which setup did you buy from them? what are you doin for the steering?

I got the 6.5" Crossmember 10" Front Springs DIY drag link kit, tie-rod kit with TRE's, and shocks.
If I find someone with some 14" Front springs I might trade, havent decided yet.

whats involved with the DIY kit? I assume your doin heims?
Edit: I see earlier you said you chose the chevy kit, not heims.

I know this might anger the gods alittle. But do to a few variables the cummins swap has been scratched. I have decided to stay with a gas motor. Here's the kick its a sbc 377, this fits into my plans a lot better than the diesel does. They are simple, make good power and will handle the RPMS that my gearing will be causing.

man i would have loved to see that thing with a cummins in it. i would love to do it to mine but that requires some more money. LOL
