Default 5.0L Roller Cam specs

Anybody got the STOCK specs on Lift and Duration for the Hydraulic roller cams used in the 5.0L's? Trying to find a bit more aggressive grind profile over stock.

Also Lobe separation angle.

TIA!!

So it looks like .237" and .247", look right? That's what I got in my 1986 engine shop manual.

This is what I can find so far:

The 1988 through 1991 blocks were all roller blocks, fitted with a flat tappet cam with these specs : 185 degrees duration intake/193 degrees duration exhaust@.050" and .379" valve lift intake/.395" exhaust. Starting with 1992 302 truck engines Ford switched to a roller cam, but with the same specs as the previous flat tappet cam, thus engine horsepower & torque ratings were the same. In 1994 engines, Ford gave the 302 truck engine a "warmer" roller cam with the following specs : 198 intake/200 exhaust @.050" and .422"intake/.448 exhaust, and re-rated factory horsepower from 185 net to 199 net(automatic),and 205(manual).

Hmm, interesting, I think I've found the perfect cam for what I'm planning. More later.

I'm looking between these 2 camshafts so far:

http://www.jegs.com/i/Comp-Cams/249/...rentProductId=

http://www.jegs.com/i/Comp-Cams/249/...d=#moreDetails

I'll more than likely order a Kit with all the lifters, cam, spider, dog bones, etc.
