Default Banks Speedbrake

Driving a 2008 to 2010 FordSuper Duty with a 6.4L Powerstroke? Looking to improve braking under load? Been searching for an exhaust brake? Can't find one?

This is where Banks Powercomes into the picture by revolutionizing the exhaust brake industry with their all new electronically controlled patented Speedbrake. By manipulating the turbo, gear selection and torque converter clutch application you can cruise down any hill at your desired speed. Completely automatic and hands free the Speedbrake will work with any Bankspower tuner and Banks iQ-interface combo.

There are three different ways the BanksSpeedbrake can work for you. The first way is like a standard exhaust brake so when you let off of the throttle it will start to slow the truck down. The second is you can coast down a hill and when the brake needs to be activated simply "tap" the brake pedal. The third way is to set the speed setting and your truck will maintain that desired speed all the way down, kind of like a reverse cruise control.

Another nice benefit of BanksSpeedbrake is you can adjust the brake settings to high, medium or low strengths. The easy touch screen control displays, among other things, current vehicle speed, braking effort, transmission and engine coolant temperatures. This system can alsowarn you onscreen to excessive coolant or transmission temperatures.

This system has the OBDII scan tool capability that reads, interprets and clears codes. The Speedbrake does not require any exhaust modifications and has an easy install with some simple under hood connections.

Banksspends a lot of time on their research and development of new products and it shows with their new Speedbrake. Leave it to Banks to cover all of your trucks performance needs.
