Lightbulb towing {(heavy towing) whats the max}

i am cheep and love my truck but want a travel trailer. i live in a flat desert but want a 5th wheel that has enough clearance to pop a berm. a bumper pull that is 30ft is normally dragging its ass so i wanted to know if any one new how much weight would not be conpleatly idiotic to put behind my 94 f150 with E rated tires a 351w E40D tranny and a bogwarner transfer case with an 8.8 rear end and 1 ton springs. same truck from picture ext. cab and weighs little under 8,000 IBS. thanks. i would be prepared to up grade my breaks the bumper says 7,000 but a 5th wheels distribution i would guess 15,000
