Default shift linkage

Okay heres the deal, been using a cable shift from a 57' Chevy on my 66' F-100 with a C4...well that finally bit the shitter and now I need to replace it. Im also running alate 60' Mustang power steering clun but the column has the usual automatic actuator....Anybody got any ideas? MAy pull a late model shifter off a F150 from the 70's// A C6 probably would be close and I got "adjust" to fit?/ Maybe? shed some light on this mess...

I don't know about pulling all these pieces from different vehicles, why not buy a nice kit to fit your application?
