Default 99 f250 5.4 npi to pi motor

My 99 f250 had a bad 5.4 npi bottom end. I can get a good complete 03 f150 5.4 pi motor running. What would i have to change to make the pi motor work?

Nothing really. Use the PI intake and exhaust manifolds. There may be some minor sensor issues.
