Exclamation Please help with info!!

Yes I'm a new here, and I REALLY need to find out some info on the 1995 F150 XLT extended cab CENTURION!! I literally just bought a few hours ago off my brother inlaw for $500.... I still don't have the heart to tell him the reason why it wouldn't start anymore was because of the starter solenoid connector...

Anyway PLEASE HELP! I have a question about the side skirts/running boards on this centurion edition.. Are they removable?? OR does the truck look 10X better lifted with those skirts/running boards on?? I have yet to find a picture of this type of model lifted and I've searched EVERYWHERE..... yess you could assume that is what I wanna do, lift this F150 because 1, it looks ridiculous stock height, and 2..... Why not??
