project of taking apart my Dana 44 and then cleaning it and repainting it. Enjoy!

looks good webby. but why did you opt out on powdercoat? You had the whole thing takin apart, and cleaned. they could have sand blasted it to ensure the best clean and then powdered it up, any color you want. Wouldnt have cost much and would have held up better over time.

Its looking like I MIGHT be powder coating a deep metalic blood red, or deep metalic blue (truck might get a sponsor). That would be leaf springs, steering, axles, and wheels. Would defintely add alittle pop to it.

No need for the powder coat. This finish will hold up. The paint I used is ceramic based.
Its money I can spend in other places for right now. Plus, its not just coating the front,
I then gotta remove the rear and coat that. Now the price just doubled and more labor
in removing the rear. This job is just as good as a powder coat.
