The front coils should have been swapped after about 5 years After truck was new . And few were and sag allot . Even a new set of F150 coils will bring front up .I used F250 coils in the 90s to level 87 F150 2wd .

On my current truck a 94 4x4 going from original springs to new ones ($88) was 1 1/2" and just alignment . Thats how much they sag sure they would sttle but still allot closer
F350 hd coils was almost 2 1/2 and require chambers plus aligmnment

HA! HA! I'm a supporting member and you're not!
