Default 1962 Front Brake cylinders

Howdy Folks,
Would someone here help me to identify the front brake cylinders on this 1962 F100 V8 Auto unibody ? The parts stores only list dual piston cylinders for this application. Are the single piston cylinders correct ? Are dual piston cylinders an upgrade ? Has someone installed single where dual should have been installed ? All help is appreciated.

I'm not sure if you can replace them with dual piston cylinders or not. The link I'm giving you has them for a 62 F-250. Not sure how much of a difference there is. They also have them for F-100.
