Default Radius Arm help needed

So my dad and I are restoring a 1977 F100 stepside, and I'm completely stuck on one area. The existing radius arms are completely worn through due to old bushings that were worn away. I've looked online for OEM replacement ones, or even aftermarket ones, but no luck at all. I've called over 100 junk yards in the north east, and no luck. Any one out there have any advise/help/suggestions for us?? Can my old ones be welded somehow, or anything like that? Or better yet, anyone have a set that I can buy???
This is my first post, LOVE this site!! Found so many answers by reading the forums already!
Thanks for any help or advise you might have.

First of all FTC!!!!
Secondly, you are looking for a needle in a haystack!! I did some searching and couldn't find anything. Did any of the Yards you called have a national parts locator? Have you considered the possibility of retrofitting later model radius arms? I don't know of its been done, but I imagine that it would at least take the later model mounts as well as finding out the differences in mounting to the I beams. Just a thought. I can look around here to see what's available.

Most of those part numbers were E and F denoting 80's and 90's era parts. One had an X, no clue what that means.

X IIRC is 2000's, what sucks is, you have to get 77-79, they changed the setup a bit in 77 even on non 4x4s, after 1981 anything to 1996 is bolt on. I say that cause 1980 was a quirky year. Have you checked LMC or National Parts Depot?

I looked at LMC, nothing! Which I thought was odd. Hell, a google search yeilded nothing more than the Ebay stuff and a bunch of threads including this one. Didn't think of NPD. I have no clue where Mudtoy looked but its seems to be slim pickens.
