Cool dodge & ford wheels

ive been told dodge 5x5.5 wheels fit on pre 96 5hole fords. the bolt pattern is the same but the center hole is 9mm smaller on dodge. has any1 machined or drilled it out to fit. i wnna go from 15in to 16in.

But why risk sure thing? Would you just consider just replacing it with a aftermarket brand at least it safer.
