Found it, small pinion bearing let go as well as 3 ring gear teeth. I need help, local guys want 850 for ring and pinion, I need the third member housing as well since it got destroyed at the small bearing.

Well I found out that swapping the rear end on this truck was cheaper than fixing the rear. I found a whole truck that didn't run anymore for $500. Swapped the rear end out, real pleased with the price and how smooth the 2spd shifts, truck now hits 65mph empty.

Now I have an extra front axle, and a day cab, plus frame sitting in front of the house. This all has me looking for a nice truck to buy and use as a tow only truck instead of my F150.
