All I've go left to do is tweek the passenger side door, and bolt the inner fenders back on.

So I've finally got crank windows and rust free fenders. Now I've just gotta get 31's.

And for Christ's cross its timbers were chosen
Being distressed at the use of the wood
Christ made a promise which still holds good:

To be large enough for a tree, and so
Slender and twisted it shall always be
With cross-shaped blossoms for all to see.
The petals shall have bloodstains marked brown
And in the blossom's center a thorny crown.

Haven't decided yet, I know I want a tu-tone with white or silver and a blue, thinking like cobalt blue and silver, I gotta see if Sherwin Williams mixes car paint. I just got done taking the trim off, and priming the remaining rust, I've gotta cut the rust out of the tailgate also.

I have to, this was just to try and keep it from rusting faster than it was, and to get rid of the blehhhh blue that the 85 was painted. I gotta get some patch panels for the t-gate and some body filler for the rear wheel wells, I can't do the rear wheel well patches, might just take it to Maaco and have them fix the body.

Good Thread. If you get a chance go over to Mid Western parts on Lewis. There is a mid 90's FSB there and several trucks to get parts from.

Well when I pull the engine to replace the pan gasket, the plans are as follows: I'm going to unbolt it from Torque Converter, unbolt the Starter, unbolt the Tranny from engine, cut the Exhaust(I'll 'splain why), unbolt the fan, shroud, radiator, drain coolant then pull the shroud and radiator, drain oil, unbolt the accessories. When I pull it, I'm going to leave the mounts on the engine, and just unbolt the towers from the perch's(I guess is what they are called), the reason for the exhaust cutting is I'm going to run headers(finally), while it's out I'm going to degrease it and give it a proper paint job in a darker blue, I'm also going to clean the engine bay and the crossmember and axle's of the nasty oil. Afterwards it will get a tune-up, and either Quaker State or Castrol GTX oil. I've also got a newer radiator to put in it to get rid of my leaky one.

That is a great plan. Ever think about a electric fan?
